Solar Cookers are great to use in the Summer. there are many types to choose from and you can get the plans free by just Googling solar Cookers..one site,i think its called "Solar Cookers International"has plans for Solar Water distillers and solar sterilizers and Solar Food Dryers...and a really cool idea called "retained heat cooker"or haybox cooker where you use insulation and the heat of the food to finish cooking,,saves alot of energy
