My first true introduction to solar heat was on a windy day in the middle of winter waitin for a bus,i had my collar turned up and i wa s freezing cold so i automatically began look ing for a spot out of the wind and spied a doorway,it was one of those metal doubledoors painted dark blue inside a vestibule out of the wind, the doorway faced south and it was warm there:due south, out of the wind and dark color=warm.solar energy is everywhere.

Solar Energy is everywhere. As a matter of fact if Americans could harvest less than .001% of the radient energy available on the US continent all of our energy needs could be met. At what price you might ask. Pay back period, I believe is the best price consideration. Photovoltaics typically have a 50 yr payback. Cold climate installed water heating systems take about 20 yrs to reach payback. If you build and install your own system it could easily reach payback in 3 years. Visit my site and I'll explain how this is possible.

Yea solar energy is everywhere and is incredibly easy to harness. When I had a pool we ran black tubbing up onto the roof of my house and back into a filter and into the pool. It was a free water heater and believe me it worked great.
