A handheld shower which is pressurized and with an atomizing or nebulizing nozzle can clean with a couple of cups of warm water at a pressure high enough to feel like a massage it is called a FogGun shower system and it can clean with or without soap of any kind. this is an idea whose time has come and along with waterless toilets can bring us back into a sustainable human lifestyle.
