The Water which is evaporated,distilled,Pure from the Oceans and Lakes is carried by the Wind and then Falls down upon us is Free. it can be stored and used later on when it is needed..Rain is Free but the knowledge of how to capture it and use it Wisely costs a little time and energy on our part..
