The more I think about it the less I like fuel cells in vehicles. If you really look at what's going on, you'll see that the oil companies are backing cell research because it means they can still sell fossil fuels, in fact they can charge premium prices for hydrogen cracked from natural gas and coal.
My solution instead is to use what I call turbo-injectors and bladeless turbines to burn fuel so highly oxygenated, hot, and clean, that the exhaust is extremely clean, no new technology is required, and it can run off a variety of fuels
