I really enjoyed smoking for years, I've quit the habit for about two years now, if you're reading this and you're a smoker you don't realise just how trapped you are. I'd say anyone that has even half an Inkling that they want to quit should read the Alan Carr book "the easy way to quit smoking" it's quite frankly amazing!
Any smokers should also think long and hard about the fact they are supporting one of the most unethical types of companies on earth.
It isn't that hard to quit, the hard bit is staying quit, I still feel week and have the occasional ciggy, especially after a few tipples!
