I always wonder what this earth would look like without human. Must be beautiful. I want to know in a scientific view point, is it possible for the earth to have just primary producer and decomposers and without any consumers in between??

Of course the earth would go on as before
without Humans, our place would be taken up
by an omnivorous species like the Pigs..and
eventually the pollution we left behind would
be cleaned by the Rain and the Soil and the
Sun and it would be pristine once more...but
i would,of course prefer that we not Die off
and instead learn to live on this Planet with
intelligence and respect for Clean Air and
Clean water and our place in cycles of Life.

i think that the world will be far much better if human beings are not around. humans are purely parasites. they deplete the resources of the earth and futher pollute it.

Humans are not purely parasites. We are The Earth Spirit's greatest window into her world. Bad thing is we don't know this. Mother Earth (The Earth Spirit) has created a vehicle (the human body) that can experience more of her creation (because of the human mind/window) than any other of her creations. What we create to experience for ourselves is what The Earth Spirit experiences on a global level (and that goes for her entire creation: the Earth Life System).

This is what will be lost if humans were to go.

I don't understand though, why Earth would allow a species to evolve that works against her. It seems that man is the only kind that is destroying the Planet and in a way, I do agree that we are possibly indeed, a virus.

As I see it, our earth has a round about way of cleaning out the sludge off the earth. As how goldfish slowly clean the water but not as fast as we are putting it in. I'm glad humans are here on earth and have a chance to live, see, and explain how things work. I'm sure there would be another animal who would take over as humans have and over populate and as well as use up resources. As far as rating us a parisites i'm not sure where to stand on that because we at least try to protect what we live on.

That's impossible. Nothing in history has been more damaging than humans.

I think a better way to put it Sto, is that humans are a virus, just like Agent Smith says in Matrix. What could be more devastating than a virus, Super?

I also think it is so beautiful to have a place where people like us can talk about this wonderful world and how we are a cancer to it.

Everything we do is harmful, if we didn't exist, it would be so much healthier for every other species.

Well, I feel like I've found a new home!

Are any of you organic gardeners?

I have 40 acres of organic herbs.

I'd like to think they will fourish when I'm gone.

if humans did not inhabit the earth then we would not be doing our job in evolution (slowly polluting and destroying earth creating waste)

Hello, Did you know people are the most numerous and readily available bio-mass upon this planet?
Yes we are,and we are here, not going anywhere and I have a plan to make alot of folks happy, and save the planet at the same time...and no it does not involve the burning of the human bio-mass,,,lol.
